Experience

Uzma Mohamedali is an executive and leadership coach with over 20 years of expertise in communications and change management. She excels in nurturing creative leadership among senior executives, including Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders across various industries. Uzma’s coaching empowers leaders to enhance their ability to innovate, communicate, and collaborate effectively during critical times of change.

Coaching has been the golden thread throughout Uzma’s career, marked by her fearless approach to asking the ‘tough questions’ that break through old habits and behaviors. This approach helps clients unlock their true potential and elevate their leadership. Recently, Uzma on-boarded over 70 directors and co-led an innovative leadership development program at Capgemini. She also coached future Managing Directors at Goldman Sachs and worked with C-suite leaders in the insurance and not-for-profit sectors.

In 2016, Uzma moved from the UK to Switzerland, where she was headhunted for a Leadership Team-level role in communications at Syngenta. Prior to becoming a full-time coach, she led large-scale change and communications projects for blue-chip companies in finance, pharma, and professional services, including two of the Big Four. Her last corporate role was as an Executive Communications Lead at Roche Headquarters, where she helped senior directors develop and clearly communicate their vision. Uzma’s unique blend of experience and insight makes her an invaluable partner for leaders seeking to reach new heights.
