Sandene Chetwynd

Facilitator & Executive Coach

Philosophy

I love supporting people to be more intentional about what they want from their careers. To focus on who they are and how they want to show up as leaders. When people are empowered to master the skills, behaviors and mindsets needed in today’s workplaces they build agency. It is exciting to watch that sense of control and ability to influence the future, build confidence and resilience.
