Russ Watts

Facilitator & Executive Coach

Philosophy

In my personal understanding, pain acts as a signal, compelling one to either lean in with greater focus or step back and recalibrate essential patterns. Comprehending this aspect of one’s inner nature and its dynamics can greatly aid every leader in recognizing their own patterns, potential, strengths, and weaknesses.

Experience

Russ has empowered and uplifted numerous clients, enabling them to grasp their unique patterns, potential, strengths, and weaknesses, thereby fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and the cultural environment in which they operate.

Notably, he has recently spearheaded the design, planning, and execution of events for entities such as IaDB, the World Bank, Paypal, and Georgetown University.
