Margot Haltstead
Facilitator & Executive Coach
Philosophy
My work in coaching, training, facilitation, and culture assessment all focuses on supporting clients and groups that are close to success but laboring in their interpersonal dynamics. I concentrate on the root cause and attend to the needs of the client in a dynamic, meaningful, and compassionate way without overly focusing on the symptoms.
Experience
Margot has over ten years of corporate executive coaching experience as an internal coach and with private clients, specializing in clients who have career-damaging interpersonal skills. She has a direct style with keen intuition and frequently hears feedback from clients such as “How did you know that?” or “It feels like you have known me for years,” driving results in her clients that are swift and accurate. A hard driver with a soft inside, Margot is caring, compassionate, reserves judgment, and holds her clients accountable.
Margot has a long passion for interpersonal communication which has led all her professional decisions from becoming an effective facilitator, working with struggling teams to improve their communication to restore business effectiveness, becoming a coach specializing in the communication aspects of leadership to working with companies to determine the health of their culture.
