I believe self-awareness and self-acceptance in a leader create a sense of quiet confidence that forms the foundation of leadership effectiveness. The abundance mentality that comes from embracing one’s sense of self leads to a positive impact on leaders and their organizations.

Experience

Lynn Ellen Queen is an executive coach and leadership development consultant with demonstrated success in partnering with senior leaders to increase their leadership effectiveness. Prior to transitioning to leadership development, Lynn Ellen experienced firsthand the challenges facing leaders during her more than 25 years as an executive and consultant. She brings that experience to her work with executives who value her ability to understand their business context and challenges.

Having worked globally with over 900 senior and high-potential leaders, either through executive coaching or group learning programs, Lynn Ellen has experience helping leaders and teams be more successful. She customizes her approach to meet clients where they are with current challenges.

On a Personal Note

Lynn Ellen has dual US/Canadian citizenship and has lived in Algeria and France, giving her a global perspective that she brings to her work. She now lives in Richmond, Virginia.
