Constantine Pappas
Facilitator & Executive Coach
Philosophy
I am deeply passionate about unleashing the full and often unrealised potential of leaders, leveraging and focusing on what makes them distinctive. As an executive coach, I am often described by my clients as possessing an innate ability to quickly build trust, balancing a pragmatic style with empathy and care.
Viewing client organisations as entities of human beings, I am driven by activating leaders to mobilise diversity of thought in their teams, empowering and mobilising people to effectively transition in the current reality of constant change.
