Experience

Christine is an Operating (or Strategic) Partner and advisor to Spectrum Leadership Solutions and our clients. Christine provides advisory and consulting services related to human capital strategy, talent management, executive development, and business transformation to executives in all industries. Christine brings more than 25 years of experience in senior-level HR and C-level positions in both large, public corporations and private equity-backed growth companies. Previous C-suite roles include Chief People Officer of MyEyeDr, CHRO of The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, and CHRO of Strayer Education. She also does adjunct teaching in the Executive Education program at the McDonough Business School at Georgetown and is on the board of a nonprofit that focuses on the education and empowerment of women leaders in Honduras.

On a Personal Note

Christine resides in Loudoun County, Virginia, with her husband and rescue pup, while her two adult children design their future in college.
