Chalmers Brothers is a certified executive coach, best-selling author, and leadership development program leader. He is a former chair of a Vistage CEO peer group in Naples, FL, and has been a top-rated speaker for Vistage leadership peer groups throughout North America for 25+ years.

Chalmers works nationwide with leadership and employee teams via keynote addresses, half-and-full-day workshops, and his SOAR multi-month leadership and personal development program. He offers various in-person and virtual programs customized to address specific client needs and priorities – all based on an eye-opening and powerful way of understanding conversations and the power of language.

His 36-year career began with 9 years at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and focuses on helping leaders strengthen their influence and impact, shape powerful workplace cultures, build and rebuild trust, build and sustain mutually productive relationships and drive breakthrough results. He has clients nationwide, large, and small, in a variety of industries.

On a Personal Note

Chalmers and his wife of 37 years reside in Naples, FL, where they raised their 3 now-adult kids. Chalmers enjoys reading, especially books having to do with consciousness, spirituality, emotional well-being, cultural and personal evolution, as well as leadership and the intentional creation and stewarding of organizational culture.
