Caroline Giffon

Facilitator & Executive Coach

Philosophy

My coaching philosophy centers on empowering leaders and teams during critical times of transition. I bring out the best in leaders by helping them design powerful visions, clear game plans, and the ability to build momentum and surmount obstacles. I help them overcome the root causes that prevent them from achieving their goals in the most efficient way possible. I’m passionate about helping leaders become a wind of change for the organization they serve.
