Making Room for Summer Learning

“Summertime is always the best of what might be.” – Charles Bowden
For our clients in the Northern Hemisphere, summer is a time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with nature — whether that means toes in the sand, time in the mountains, or a quieter pace. With travel underway, kids heading off to college, and September still on the horizon, it can be a natural time to step back before plugging back in.
What meaningful ideas are you making room for this season?
At Spectrum, we’re using the summer months to explore leadership resources that spark our own learning and growth — and to share what we’re discovering with our clients.
Heather Graci and Evan Nesterak, editor and editor-in-chief of Behavioral Scientist, have embraced a similar spirit with a curated list of books featuring thoughtful, concise descriptions on compelling topics across life, love, business, and change.
We hope you’ll take a look and make time for your own learning and development.
