Experience
Susan Schoenberg is an executive leadership coach with extensive experience in Leadership and Professional Development, Operations, and Project Management. With over 20 years of professional experience, Susan has worked across diverse industries, coaching senior nonprofit executives, corporate managers, government leaders, and entrepreneurs in addition to successfully managing large teams, complex programs, and multimillion-dollar budgets. She is passionate about supporting and empowering leaders to amplify their impact and create joyful and meaningful lives.
She holds a master’s-level certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). With Master of Science degrees in Health Promotion Management and Organizational Leadership and Innovation, she believes strongly in integrating wellness into her coaching approach as she works with clients to foster growth and development in all domains, both personally and professionally.

On a Personal Note
Susan lives on a small lake in Locust Grove, VA, just outside of Fredericksburg, VA and a short drive from the DC Metro area. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading by the water, and spending time with her wife and family.
